A fun place to work
Work & Fun go hand in hand at valantic. The workload can be heavy at times but we try to have a good balance. We gather frequently with the whole team to do something fun or have a nice diner. Yearly we participate in the Hercules Trophy or organize one of our own, we have a family day, we go skiing or do something similar. This results in a solid team, that can rise to any challenge. It’s not all work that matters.
Local with a global Foorpint
Many of our clients are global players and require us to be on site at their locations. Depending on the project, travel is required but this varies a lot from customer to customer. Depending on your own choice, opportunities to travel to great places in Europe and even worldwide are possible.

From day 1 we introduce you with a complete onboarding plan taking into account all aspects of the job including the introduction to your first project as well as the first trainings you will be required to complete.
